Grab your Peter’s Guide Book and go on a Self-Drive through our National Parks

To a lot of visitors a National Park is about animals; the bigger the better. There is nothing wrong with this, but there comes a time when this is not enough. People start to wonder about the birds, the plants, the history, the geology, the meaning of place names. My books cover these areas in detail, but also as  simply as possible.

Kruger National Park • Addo Elephant National Park • Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park • Pilanesberg National Park • Augrabies National Park

Hope all is well. Just a quick note to say that the books arrived today and I’m absolutely delighted.

Even though I know the Kruger quite well and have visited many times, I was amazed on how much information your book contained that I had no idea about. It will certainly add to the enjoyment and excitement of being back in the bush when I next visit in October this year.

The books on the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and Addo Elephant National Park are presents for my sister-in-law and her husband who will be visiting both these places this year for the first time. Your books will really help to make their visit a memorable one. I have not visited either of these parks yet but having seen your books on them, they are now on my list of places to visit. Are you planning a book on Mapungubwe? It’s a wonderful place and having your input on it would definitely be a plus.
